CK55 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ck55 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing ck55.live, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players using ck55, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser, the ck55 mobile app, or any other method. If you are using ck55 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

ck55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To use ck55, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. ck55 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

Account security is your responsibility. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to ck55 support in advance.

All financial transactions on ck55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. No foreign currency transactions are supported.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your ck55 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• ck55 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ck55 payments team before processing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for larger amounts.
• ck55 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

Any funds deposited on ck55 must be used for gaming purposes. ck55 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. Depositing funds without the intention to play, or using ck55 as a money transfer service, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

ck55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play, after the wagering requirement has been met, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using bonuses in a coordinated way with other players to guarantee profits — commonly known as bonus abuse — is prohibited.
• ck55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Each game available on ck55 operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. ck55 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ck55 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• ck55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error or incorrect odds display.
• Game history is recorded and available in your account for review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck55 and will result in immediate account suspension:

If ck55 identifies a breach of the fair play policy, the affected account will be suspended, any winnings from the relevant sessions will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. ck55 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected fraud.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting ck55 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Enable session time reminders to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Reality Checks: ck55 can display periodic notifications showing your net gaming activity during a session.

• ck55 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• ck55's total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ck55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits ck55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ck55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Breaching the fair play policy.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions without valid grounds.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the ck55 support team. Any genuine balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding disputes.
